Event Production: Work closely with the Host(s), to plan an event that meets and exceeds the goal of the client. We may plan every part of the event, from the general concept to the food and entertainment, or we may take plans compiled by the company / host and provide the appropriate vendors. Event Operations: The automation in managing the detail of events to become more effective and efficient. Budget and negotiate with venues/suppliers and ensure every detail is in place for the event. |
